Setting New Standards for Depth
Xtreme continues to expand our coiled tubing well servicing fleet in response to the rapid growth of drilling activity in North American resource plays. Once construction is completed on the newest additions to our fleet in Q3 and Q4 2011, Xtreme will offer some of the deepest-reach coiled tubing service rigs in the world.
Xtreme's fleet includes 11 service rigs. Three are proprietary Coil Over Top Drive® rigs customized to provide deep coiled tubing services. One of them is performing post frac cleanouts in North Dakota, while the other two are deployed on a deep horizontal re-entry drilling project in the Middle East. There, they have succeeded in reducing drilling time by half and providing the operator with six times greater production.

Growing Rig Fleet with Greater Reach
Our expanding fleet includes 5 highly mobile, masted coiled tubing well service rigs acquired in early 2011 and 3 purpose built highly mobile, masted coild tubing well servicing rigs which are being designed in-house. These rigs will provide superior reach for projects involving re-entry, coiled tubing cleanouts, fracturing, wellbore extensions, production logging, perforating, stimulations and other well servicing work.
Before being deployed, all 5 acquired rigs will be upgraded with:
CT Re-Entry Drilling Performance

On a re-entry drilling project in Saudi Arabia, we have enabled our customerBaker Hughesto increase production six-fold while reducing drilling time by 50%. Baker Hughes is so pleased with this success that the company uses a version of this chart in its investor presentation.
